Demise by William Preston the Elder, William Dey, John Pyers clerk, Thomas Almond, and John Hamond to Thomas Blakebourne of Redyng of 2 pieces of land containing approximately 3 1/2 acres in the parish of Ebbene (Kent) upon the denne of Assherynden, bounded by the King's Highway to the east and the land lately of Thomas Harry to the south, the "Den-street" of Assherynden to the east and the land late of the heirs of Thomas Heymes to the north; which land the grantors had of the gift of Thomas Harry and he previously of the gift of Thomas Blakebourne; with appointment by the first 3 of the grantors of the said Thomas Almond and John Hamond as their attorneys to deliver seisin. Given at Ebbene on 16th June, 2 Richard III.
